International audience; Philosophy can overlap pedology. It is not casual that life begins and finishes in the soil. We separated the concepts of Humipedon, Copedon and Lithopedon. Some sections were dedicated to the founders of the movement for a new type of agriculture (agroecology). They simply proclaim to accompany the process of natural evolution instead of spending a lot of energy in hunting competitor organisms with pesticides or boosting the soil with mineral fertilisation and tillage. The objective of this work is to know the organic structure of the officers and subordinates of the Royal Court of Majorca during the 18th century, which was the essence of the high judicial administration insular. Because of that, we approached through these relatively extensive professionals, with the description of their functions, who they were and how they obtained their charges. The article ends with an epilogue dedicated to the enlargement of the Royal Court with the creation of the second chamber during the reformist stage of Charles III to improve the high judicial administration insular.

This paper offers a strict analysis of Enea Silvio Piccolomini’s epigram 24 Van Heck (Ad Carolum regem Francorum), composed by the young humanist in praise of Charles VII of Valois, king of France, in july 1429 – and then soon after his coronation, which had place at Reims the 17th of July 1429: an "epigramma longum" (46 hexameters), in which we can find the admiration and the courtly exaltation of the new king of France, and the conception (classic and, particularly, Horatian) of the poetry who can make eternal the glory of the famous men.

The paper focus on the ephemeral apparatus realized by the architect Salvatore Attinelli on the occasion of the funeral of Charles III of Bourbon, to be set up inside the cathedral of Palermo, in those years affected by a total internal modernization based on the project commissioned in 1767 to Ferdinando Fuga. This apparatus, in an article published by the academic Giuseppina Leone in 2001, was considered an alternative project to the proposal of Ferdinando Fuga, considered expensive and with a language not responding to the rules of good and modern architecture.
